3. Services (Including Website Development)

3.1 Withdrawal Before Service Starts

If you withdraw before performance of the service has begun, you are entitled to a full refund.

3.2 Withdrawal After Service Has Started

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period:

• You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once the service is fully performed

• If the service is partially performed, you may be charged a proportionate amount for work already completed, as permitted by law

3.3 Custom or Personalized Services

No right of withdrawal applies to services that are fully performed or clearly personalized, where this is permitted by law and where you provided prior express consent.

4. Physical Goods

4.1 Returns

You must return goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as received, except where handling was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4.2 Return Costs

Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods, as permitted by law.

4.3 Refunds for Returned Goods

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exclusions From the Right of Withdrawal (Physical Goods)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If physical goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under EU and UK consumer law, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

We will bear the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect goods.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after approval, in accordance with applicable law.
